Do you offer delivery in the GCC?
Yes, we do deliver to GCC (Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia) and to other parts of the world as well, to which shipping rates apply differently to their respective countries which you’ll be able to know at the time of checkout.
How long do you take to deliver once an order is placed?
Generally once orders are placed it is dispatched from our location within 2 to 3 Working Days unless specified at the time of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched from our facility an automatic email is generated to intimate you with the necessary details to track your shipment with our courier partners.
However for customers who place an order with a non Qatar Credit Card will undergo an additional stage to verify the authenticity of the transaction where the customer will need to obtain an Authorization Code (or known as AUTH Code) from their Bank before the order is processed
How do I track my order?
To track the progress of your order, you can login to your account dashboard where you’ll be able to view at what stage your order is in. Orders are generally dispatched from our location within 1 to 2 business days unless they are delays which is beyond our control where we will intimate accordingly via email.
